Sleep-Easy Guarantee Terms & Conditions

The Sleep-Easy Guarantee applies to mattresses only. The guarantee is void if the mattress shows any visible signs of abnormal wear, including but not limited to: stains, rips, unusual smells. The guarantee and therefore exchange will also be void if the mattress is damaged. The use of a waterproof mattress protector is strongly encouraged.


The mattress must be used/placed on a suitable mattress base or slat bed.


We recommend that you to sleep on your new mattress for it at least 30 nights. It can take a couple of weeks for the comfort layers of a new mattress to settle. We also know your new mattress may feel different to your old mattress and it can take time for your body to adjust.


The Sleep-Easy Guarantee is for an exchange not a full refund. The replacement mattress must be of greater or equal value to the initial mattress. If you would like to upgrade your mattress, all we ask is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the replacement chosen.


When returning your mattress, it is your responsibility to ensure the mattress is returned un-damaged.  To help with this Target can either arrange to have the mattress collected from your home or provide you with a mattress cover (free of charge) so you can arrange to have it dropped back to one of our locations.  Collection & Delivery charges will apply as normal for the exchange of the mattress.


Clearance items and floor models are exempt from the Sleep-Easy Guarantee.


The Sleep-Easy Guarantee does not affect your rights in relation to your supplier warranty or the consumer guarantees act, where applicable.


The Sleep-Easy Guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is limited to one exchange per original purchase.


The 90 day Sleep-Easy Guarantee commences from the day of collection or delivery of the mattress.
