If your items are currently not in stock, this email will advise you of the ETA’s of when your product will be back in stock. If your items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Please note delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Items ready for dispatch
Once all items in your order are ready for dispatch, our customer service team will contact you to organise a delivery date. On the evening prior to your scheduled delivery, we’ll call you to confirm the time of your delivery the following day.

Delivery
The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the cost of delivery for your order, please add all of the items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode is correct. A shipping estimate can be calculated from your cart.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you to discuss the delivery times.

General Shipping Information
All shipping rates are in NZ dollars.
Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode.
Delivery will be arranged once all contents of your order are ready to be dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 weeks subject to availability of stock.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Products will be delivered within 10 working days of dispatch.
All small homeware items will be sent by courier and a signature may be required on receipt.
We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes.
We may be unable to ship over-sized, overweight or other items to rural destinations, or in some situations this may incur an additional fee.
if this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer services to discuss options for your order.
We only deliver within New Zealand.

Pick Up
We allow pick up from our stores nationwide. Please select the Store Pickup option on check out and select your nearest store.
