If your items are currently not in stock, this email will advise you of the ETA’s of when your product will be back in stock. If your items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Once all items in your order are ready for dispatch, our customer service team will contact you to organise a delivery date. On the evening prior to your scheduled delivery, we’ll call you to confirm the time of your delivery the following day.

Delivery
The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the cost of delivery for your order, please add all of the items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode is correct. A shipping estimate can be calculated from your cart.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you to discuss the delivery times.

General Shipping Information
All shipping rates are in NZ dollars.
Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode.
Delivery will be arranged once all contents of your order are ready to be dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 weeks subject to availability of stock.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Products will be delivered within 10 working days of dispatch.
All small homeware items will be sent by courier and a signature may be required on receipt.
We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes.
We may be unable to ship over-sized, overweight or other items to rural destinations, or in some situations this may incur an additional fee.
if this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer services to discuss options for your order.
We only deliver within New Zealand.

We allow pick up from our stores nationwide. Please select the Store Pickup option on check out and select your nearest store.

FAQ's
When Can I Collect My Product?
Click & Collect orders take the same length of time as our standard home delivery. If a product is in stock in our Distribution Centre it can take up to 10 working days for this product to arrive in store. It will depend on stock levels and how close the distribution centre is to your selected collection store. Most products online have an estimated delivery time frame (e.g. “delivered within 10 days”) which will give you an indication of when you can expect your product to arrive. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact your local Target Furniture store and they can give you an estimate of when the product will arrive in store for collection.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please note that we will require a valid photo ID (e.g. Passport or driving licence to verify who you are).

How Much Does Click & Collect Cost?
Click & Collect is totally free, plus there’s no minimum or maximum spend.

Are all items available for Click & Collect?
They sure are! Any item available on our website is available for Click & Collect in your local Target Furniture store or the Target Furniture Distribution Centre.

I need my product urgently, what do I do?
Fear not, we may have an option for you! If a product is in stock in our Distribution Centre, you can collect your product directly from there instead of waiting for it to be delivered to your local store. We recommend calling our customer service prior to purchasing to double check stock levels! *Available in Auckland Distribution Centre Only.
