When Can I Collect My Product?
Click & Collect orders take the same amount of time as our standard home delivery. If a product is in stock at our Distribution Centre, it may take up to 10 working days for the product to arrive at your selected Click & Collect location.

Most products have estimated delivery time frames provided on our website (e.g., "delivered within 10 days"). If you are unsure, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team for an estimate on when the product will be available for collection. Once you receive your Click & Collect order number, you can contact our distribution partner Mainfreight2Home for more information about your order.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
When collecting your order, please provide your Order Number. Additionally, a valid photo ID (e.g., passport or driver's license) is required for verification purposes.
How Much Does Click & Collect Cost?
Click & Collect is completely free, and there are no minimum or maximum spending requirements.
Are all items available for Click & Collect?
Absolutely! Any item available on our website can be collected through our Click & Collect service at your selected location. We recommend checking if the items will fit your vehicle before choosing Click & Collect.
I need my product urgently, what do I do?
No worries, we have a solution for you! If a product is in stock at our Auckland Distribution Centre, you can collect it directly from there instead of waiting for delivery to your Click & Collect location. We recommend contacting our Customer Service Team before making a purchase to confirm stock availability. *PLEASE NOTE: This option is currently only available in Auckland.
