At checkout, select Click & Collect at your preferred collection point as your shipping method.

Within 24 hours you’ll receive an email with the expected arrival date of your product at your chosen Target Furniture collection point.

Collect your order in store
Once your item arrives in store, we’ll be in touch to confirm when your order is ready to collect during regular opening hours.

*Timeframes for collection can vary depending on product availability & store location.
When Can I Collect My Product?
Click & Collect orders take the same length of time as our standard home delivery. If a product is in stock in our Distribution Centre it can take up to 10 working days for this product to arrive in store. It will depend on stock levels and how close the distribution centre is to your selected collection store. Most products online have an estimated delivery time frame (e.g. “delivered within 10 days”) which will give you an indication of when you can expect your product to arrive. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact your local Target Furniture store and they can give you an estimate of when the product will arrive in store for collection.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please note that we will require a valid photo ID (e.g. Passport or driving licence to verify who you are).

How Much Does Click & Collect Cost?
Click & Collect is totally free, plus there’s no minimum or maximum spend.

Are all items available for Click & Collect?
They sure are! Any item available on our website is available for Click & Collect in your local Target Furniture store or the Target Furniture Distribution Centre.

I need my product urgently, what do I do?
Fear not, we may have an option for you! If a product is in stock in our Distribution Centre, you can collect your product directly from there instead of waiting for it to be delivered to your local store. We recommend calling our customer service prior to purchasing to double check stock levels! *Available in Auckland Distribution Centre Only.
