Care Instructions

You’ve created a space you love — now here’s how to keep it looking its best. With a little care and maintenance, your furniture will stay in great condition for years to come.

Why care matters

Our furniture is designed for everyday living, but all materials change over time. Regular care helps maintain appearance, extend lifespan, and protect your investment.

Outdoor furniture care

Outdoor furniture is built to withstand the elements, but protection from harsh sun, moisture and debris will help keep it looking its best.

Everyday care

  • Store cushions indoors or in a cushion box when not in use
  • Use furniture covers to protect from sun and weather
  • Clean regularly to prevent buildup of dirt and debris

Seasonal care

If possible, store outdoor furniture in a sheltered area during winter months.
  • Move furniture into a garage or covered space if available

Designed for real living

Natural changes in materials are part of everyday use and add character over time. With the right care, your furniture will continue to perform and look great.

Care FAQs

How often should I clean my outdoor furniture?

We recommend regular light cleaning and a deeper clean every few months depending on use.

Can I use a pressure washer?

No — pressure washers can damage surfaces. Use a hose, mild soap and a soft brush instead.

Is it normal for timber to change over time?

Yes — timber naturally expands, contracts and changes colour over time. This is not a fault.

How do I protect my furniture from the sun?

Use covers, shade or store furniture when not in use to reduce exposure.
