Why care matters
Our furniture is designed for everyday living, but all materials change over time. Regular care helps maintain appearance, extend lifespan, and protect your investment.

Care FAQs
How often should I clean my outdoor furniture?
We recommend regular light cleaning and a deeper clean every few months depending on use.
Can I use a pressure washer?
No — pressure washers can damage surfaces. Use a hose, mild soap and a soft brush instead.
Is it normal for timber to change over time?
Yes — timber naturally expands, contracts and changes colour over time. This is not a fault.
How do I protect my furniture from the sun?
Use covers, shade or store furniture when not in use to reduce exposure.
